Please note, we are currently shipping within Australia only. Our hampers and products are packed using recyclable and sustainable packaging and shipped within 2 days of order confirmation.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL orders in Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout at an extra cost.

Delivery Times & Rates

We aim to fulfil and dispatch each order within 2 days of purchase. Please let us know if your order is urgent or needed for a particular date and we will do our best to assist you. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Please note: For Express Delivery, Auspost are experiencing delays with delivery and have removed their Next Day Delivery Guarantee on Express parcels.

Return & Exchange Policy
Each of our gifts and hampers are lovingly handcrafted at our workshop in Sydney. As we process and ship on the day of order, we do not offer refunds on hampers or products purchased and already dispatched. It’s ok to change your mind, but please contact us within 30 minutes of making your order to be eligible for a refund. If anything has broken or been damaged in transit, we will of course replace this for you. We do not offer exchanges.
